Proofs

Can I email my file for you to review without making a purchase?

You sure can. We are famous for our Free Project Review service where we do a free technical review of your file before you even place your order. You'll have better peace of mind knowing that your file is ok before you pay. We are proud of our great service and encourage you to experience it. We will upload a press-ready JPEG or PDF proof for your to review with notes from our expert prepress technicians for your consideration. When you are ready to place the order, simply approve the proof via Email, It's that easy.

What can I check on my electronic PDF proof?

The press-ready PDF proof will be emailed for your review and approval and will be  the final opportunity for you to check the layout, bleeds, crops and final text. It is by no means an accurate color reproduction of your final printed piece. When you are ready to place the order, simply approve the emailed proof. It's that easy.

Sales Tax

When will I be charged sales tax?

We are located in West Palm Beach, FL. A 6% sales tax is applicable to your order if it is shipped to anywhere in US or is picked-up from our facility. Sales Tax is determined on checkout. All pick-up orders are subject to sales tax. If your organization is tax exempt, please email your exemption certificate to our Accounting Department at art@graphichouze.com and indicate the Invoice Number.

Shipping

How will you ship my order?

We ship via UPS. They services include UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.

How do you compute shipping charges?

We charge for the shipping on your order based on the number of boxes and their weight and the ZIP code that they are being delivered to.

Do you offer blind shipping?

We blind ship per your instructions.

Can I pick-up my order?

If it is more convenient, you can pick-up you order.Please call before coming by. Our store hours are Mondays-Fridays, 9am - 6pm.
